In particular:
Lossless compressed videos. Raw videos are available upon request from the corresponding author.
A library of single-individual images of zebrafish to test identification methods.
Two example videos, one of 8 adult zebrafish and another of 100 juvenile zebrafish, are also included as part of the Quickstart user guide.
All tracking results for different species, group sizes, and image quality conditions.
Results from tests with the library of single-individual images.
Trajectories of juvenile zebrafish obtained and used in [1, 2].
